Thoughts

Thoughts

What is a thought?
How to manage our thoughts?
How and from where these thoughts come?
We may have always been wondering by such questions....

Thoughts come from our life experiences and our habitual experiences. Thoughts are going on in our mind all the time knowingly and unknowingly. It is not in our emphasis. So it is very important to think about how we can become aware of our thoughts and it is equally important to keep working on them mentally.

Scientifically it is said that on daily basis we think of 60 thousand thoughts in a day. Many of the thoughts are repeated which are going on in our subconscious mind knowingly or unknowingly. Our mind is subconsciously doing so many things like we do daily activities after waking up in the morning for which we don't have to do much like brushing our teeth, bathing etc. πŸ€—πŸ€—

Many a times our subconscious mind attracts more negative thoughts due to negative emotions than positive ones. So it has a terrible effect on our life. Our thoughts influence our everyday work that we do on daily basis. Our whole day depends on the mood we are in the morning when we wake up and our whole life depends on it too. Managing thoughts is very important. Therefore, by managing the thoughts itself, we can progress in life and create new opportunities from the coming experiences and our mental health can also be improved.

Beautiful lines said by Lao Tzu 2500 years ago. -
"Watch your thoughts, they become your words; watch your words, they become your actions; watch your actions, they become your habits; watch your habits, they become your character; watch your character, it becomes your destiny."

Therefore, it is very important to do some daily work consistently everyday to manage our thoughts. Below are some of the 5 tasks we can do on daily basis to improve our life:-

1. Waking up early in the morning and expressing gratitude for everything you have in your life.
2. Meditation for mental peace.
3. Daily goals and planning of daily tasks.
4. Writing journal to express ourselves and improve mindfulness.
5. By doing daily 20 minutes Exercise we can improve our physical as well as mental health.

We have to take 2 hours for this in the morning so that our whole day will become enjoyable. In 24 hours if we cannot spend this much time for ourselves and our self development than this life is going to be a waste of time we lived here in this world.

Doing all this every morning will help us in making progress in day-to-day life and bring drastic changes in life. It helps to assimilate oneself by working on mental and emotional system. You can increase love, affection and intimacy and much more in your relationships. Many qualities such as self-confidence, regularity, contentment, art of expression can be increased and so on. Life is for living and enjoying life. So live life and enjoy life to the fullest!
